If you intend to vacate, the original lease agreement states you have to provide a 30 day written notice of your intent to vacate.

Out of curiosity, how did you originally finance the properties if they are negatively cash flowing?

DSCR loans are great products for those who need them, and we originate them everyday.

The house had the utilities turned off for the 6 years, and was filled with the original 1 owner's furniture, clothes, appliances, car and ecn food in the frig (without elctric on for 6 years). 

Goes back to that original thesis in a thread long time ago-- quality over quantity.

They originally wanted 360k, but the mortgage would have the property running negative for the foreseeable future until all renovations are done, which I won't do.
