I say a range because a lot goes into the rate; LTV, cash out or not, rural or not, number of units, DSCR percentage and of course credit score.Hope that helpsStephanie

And for those who say the dressers mess with the flow and make rooms crowded I would say a nice (not oversized dresser) in the bedroom probably makes it easier to feel organized.

Although I copy every one on property repairs. instructions etc, it is always good to have one person co-ordinate someone being around for say a furnace clean so you don't have to do it.

I will say as someone who has done syndications, usually the operating agreement is clear that the managing member of the fund (manager) may get paid a percentage of profits or even a management fee or both.Assuming the syndication was setup as a LLC, then everyone involved would receive a K-1, both investors and the managing member.

And one must ask themselves WHY anyone 'advertising' to teach others, won't agree to "share the risk" by meeting someone 'half way' for say a minimal down payment, then "doing the work" necessary, or they LOOSE their' deposit?!'
