Is flagstaff saturated for STR? 

STRs are super popular in Charleston, but there's a lot of regulation now that's only getting worse, as well as some saturation issues.HOI costs will be higher east of I95 in SC for the most part.

I’m really curious whether the coastal NC Airbnb market is already too saturated to jump in.

I agree that the profession is saturated, though.

My thought's are Scottsdale is so saturated.

Rental market in San Tan appears saturated in rentals.

Regarding downsides, or perhaps good barriers to entry, saturation is pretty strong, good help is quite hard to come by, inventory has been hovering around 25 or so homes for a while (most of which are not STR material), and much of the recent cabin listings have been grossly overpriced.
