I tend to suggest Rotomolded, they're more durable and less expensive, without all the fancy jets and colors.

@James Edward add some color, because that certainly hasn’t been the case for most.

It's also old because the color has turned grayish or brownish already.

Realtor.com says that Shaker rose 11.8% on average over the past year, so you may have benefitted from investing in a higher appreciation, lower cashflow, area. 

As far as someone who is not had much experience turning a unit, there are things, simple things such as paint sheen, and paint color that can be a positive or a negative for the rental.
