I want to be straight with you - trying to invest with absolutely no cash reserves is really risky.

If you just want to build your cash reserves then flipping is the way but just be careful - that too takes a lot of work and research to make sure you don’t lose money.  

ask them to confirm they understand your policies (no parties, no extra guests that aren't included in the reservation, etc.) before accepting their reservation request. 

I would confirm this with someone a little more well versed in NYC or give them a call to see if they can answer your questions.

Do people have reservations about long-term rentals - are short-term rentals better?
