When I got into the STR space in 2015, I needed my daughter to be available on a full ti e basis as PM.  

I furnish and provide amenities that warrants this so I do a lot of work to find comps in this particular space.

I recently bought a commercial condo (retail) and have been going through hoops with the seller (developer) to make changes to make the space ADA compliant. 

I think alleging fake it to you make it just hugely rampant in the MF syndication space..

I have been a podcast listener since 2011, only started posting here recently and its been a very supportive space.

You can also find commercial brokers that are in that space and build the relationship.

Your best bet is to ask for referrals from professionals in the space: realtors, other investors, this forum, FB groups, etc.
