The neighbor came over & tried to remember where it was before the previous owner rearranged the patio area with a Bob Cat & a lot of stone.Scoping the sewer pipe we could guestimate the tank position but not the access.

If you want more than rearranging your loans to longer terms or moving into other properties after selling or trading the ones you have could be accomplished.You mentioned a heloc on your primary for a down on your rental.

You can look to the sq ft requirements of a sleeping area per person and if that area can not be enlarged by rearranging the furniture for example, then you may say there is only the legal space for one person for sleeping.

They have been very brutal with AirBnB....and that's allowed only in a very specific area near the stadium and probably requires a license.I don't think your renovations probably add value to most people.....it might to you for your situation, but typically when you start adding spaces and rearrange the layout it just doesn't make sense to most people.Not impossible, but very few PMs want to take on boarding homes....so you will probably have to self manage.Make sure home is not in an HOA or if it is, know what the HOA rules are.

Like wow look at me I bought my first house, wow I can raise my kids here, Wow this is my own and noone can tell me to get out- Unless I stop making the mortgage payment..lolRight now what we are seeing is a rearrangement of wealth.
