The lodges are all first class with chefs cooking us breakfast and dinner first class booze etc..

One was bacon,lol, the fruit breakfast really threw me off (teasing).

I would never expect an experienced investor to drive somewhere to meet me, unless it is a coffee shop near their office and they want to get some breakfast or coffee.

Another good one meets every Friday morning on the southwest side of town at 7:00 for breakfast and 7:30 for the meeting. 30-50 every Friday .  

The property could be updated or a money pit that eats $700 cash-flow for breakfast. 

Disgusting.On the other hand...you can inspect and have breakfast at the same time! 

@Jonathan Farber It varies depending upon; what type of banking/financing entity your seeking funding from, size of funding, property type, mortgage type, what the banker ate for breakfast and on and on and on. 

I currently have been approached by a friend that an amazing 2 year old bed and breakfast is for sale in my area.
