Insurance on a 1mm property will also go up a lot more than a 100k property.

My biggest challenge right now is finding a property management company that offers rent-by-the-room leasing services.

At the time, I already owned a few properties.

Many states have discounted property taxes and lower yearly increases for owner occupied properties.

I assume you are mostly looking for leaks and water damage?

What type of properties are these and what do you mean by it not being "cost-effective" for you?
