When i went to a ted thomas coarse, he had water bottles, nice gift wraped envelopes (looked like a little present sort of), pencil cases, tubes with papers in them and something that rattled when shaked...

I have found infestations by observing only a quarter inch mud tube (all that was visible at that house).Now my advice: Make any purchase contingent on a wood destroying insect inspection and hire a professional and accompany him/her during the inspection.

After that experience, I have started making video tours of my places as they turn over for placement on You tube, so my prospects will have a better idea of how the houses look.

S I think your problem is different.However, as a PM when you get the burner out check the pilot tubing and clean both the tubing and orifice using an air compressor.

However, that county/town did not, at the time, require a slab so he got away with sonar tubing piers.

But they are real pipes, the drain form the dishwasher to the garbage disposal is a very flimsy looking plastic tube, so I thought that might freeze more easily then the copper that feeds my sink.Good question though.
