My DSCR loans, aside from the very first one I got with poor credit, have been right around or below average interest rates.

Obviously there’s a number of things that can go wrong, I’m just curious if you find the documents less effective than one from an experienced lawyer but you are willing to accept less quality for a cheaper product or if you actually find them more effective in the first place.

I have an outdoor pool that easily have 1k+ people using it every season and I never had single complaint due to the water quality.

I have no mercy and no tolerance for poor ops when it comes to stuff like this.

Other introverts will feel comfortable with you and that could actually help your journey......more important qualities are honesty, integrity and being a harder worker than others.Just be yourself and go get started.

My gut feeling and research is telling me the sellers did a poor job on the breaker panel and wiring.

I have eagerly wanted to get into this space..I had a few calls with Sunrise that had some pretty poor answers / or lack of to my questions so was leaning toward Four Peaks since those conversations went better. 

Without the upside of a good neighborhood and/or quality property, I don't love it. 

If you are young and poor, you have to leverage because its the only way to get some wealth.

No brokerage will fix your poor work ethic.
