A sandy tan on the house with chocolate brown posts, fascia & shutters would look good, or a slightly darker tan with white trim.

This is a situation were being a penny pinching, 'get all you can' landlord is beaten out by being a human being.

I make a great 6 figure salary but have come to realize that trying to budget and pinch pennies isn't going to let me spend more time with my kids during any of their formative years and maybe not even until they are adults and I'm too old to really enjoy that time anyway.

Not the best, but can do in a pinch. 

I would Pinch myself.. that is about as good as it gets.. is what I would do and would get that sucker on the market so you can realize that incredible profit.

Either way, it seems the market keeps you pinched and hard to cashflow.

As a landlord, I do not allow dogs, but since this is my house I deferred to other members of the family and got a Chocolate Labradoodle (seriously, that is what it is called).  

I have access to more if needed in a pinch but this is my capx/maint bank.

If Neighbors want to put you in a pinch, change course and harvest timber and they can only whine as the clear cut begins.
