With the given of pension so long as you work, most of the working class do not aspire or create businesses here.

Hotels are the baby of real estate investing and running a business.Unlike any other commercial asset class, hotels are extremely labor-intensive to run but can spit off ridiculous cash flow.

In other working class neighborhoods, off street parking is not as important.   

The City of Detroit is block-by-block in many Class B & C areas.In our opinion, zip codes cover too large an area.We use Detroit Neighborhoods, which are much smaller than zip codes.

@Jeffery Jones you understand you'll be buying Class C & D properties, not in the best of areas?

Then we keep the accounting straight via Quickbooks with each unit a different Class.

Have you figured out what market / asset class (single family / multifamily) that you're wanting to invest in?  

Heck, find all of the listings in your office, and pick the best ones and then reach out to the agents.Ask top agents if they could refer you to any buyers/sellers/renters. 

I guess Air BnB is the newest hot topic.. nice southern gentlemen.. can't comment on his class or anything like that since I have not sat through it..

I KNOW I am not up to Accredited.It seems to me to be "backwards" thinking that there is LESS risk to a 'novice' in a FUND since the risk is spread out over many Notes and professionally managed, whereas an Individual Note seems like it would carry WAY more risk, especially picking the 'right one' for your investing goals, budget, etc...?
