Everything is perception. 

Seems to me that see through from the street would be better especially with the siren. 

I'm hearing demand for houses is high but inventory is low, would have thought fewer sales would result it appraisers sitting around - just my perception.

My strategy with "stopping by" is that the medium of email is oftentimes interpreted in the perception of the reader, not the sender.

For better or worse, your "betting" only inflames the poor perception of agents or perhaps reinforces realty. 

Would love to know everyone's thoughts and if this changes your perception of Norristown to the point that you would invest in the area.

Unfortunately, for the darker one´s this will be the normalized perception.
