That sounded peculiar to me.

Ditto someone growing marijuana, renting it out on AirBnB, or using your property for any number of other nefarious purposes.

You can send a notice to cure or quit to a tenant who repeatedly abuses or removes a smoke detector, but it probably will not end in eviction since it would be easily correctable by the tenant.This same reasoning applies to yard maintenance and marijuana, too.

There is someone interested who want to open a Marijuana Despenser.I am wondering any concerns for Leasing to Marijuana Dispenser (in NJ).

Michael: hard to believe that the old owner went to the cost and trouble of rehabbing the property if all he/she was getting were 50-60% of the market rental rate - that seems peculiar. 

Drugs - was it "just" marijuana, or was it more hard core?  

If a possible tenant has a medical marijuana card, is it illegal or discriminatory to deny them because you don’t want or allow smoking in or on your property?

They stated that the thriving marijuana industry is playing a large role in the increased competition for properties.
