I had two large beach houses, one an 8br and another 13.  

It wont buy me a lake house or a beach house but it does allow me to focus just on buying houses without an outside job taking my time away from what I like. 

There are great rental long term rentals in my area but also considering an investment  at the beach for a short term vacation property. 

I'm looking in Southeast Florida (Delray Beach/Fort Lauderdale/West Palm Beach) and Columbus/Dayton, OHMany of my properties are coming from the sheriff sale/bank-owned auction and I STILL can't squeeze these tight enough...maybe someone can show me what I'm doing wrong?

The closer you get to Palm Beach County, the better.
