The clients we book ourselves are looking rest and discretion (some are recuperating out patients from nearby hospitals) and all of this is clearly stated in our policy and description with Evolve including an "age requirement" to book with us.

He was SO helpful and patient with all my questions (this house being my first home purchase of any kind).

You just have to be patient and then ready to pounce when they do.

Also, be patient and try to utilize other paths to finding great deals.
