Hi Brian, I have Obie in my properties now, although I've never filed a claim with them so far, they are the better rates I can find, ask for their tenant liability coverage, I paid an extra 107 dollars a year and they cover up to 100k if a tenant severely damage your property.

When I search for rentals as a user and not as a landlord the search result shows as apartments with 3 units and when I click it then it brings up all 3 houses and says which unit the user want to go to.I paid for this premium listing and want my listing to be separated out.

Its a lot easier to have a paid off portfolio of 2-3 properties earning you 10k/m in cash flow than 15 properties giving you the same return but are leveraged.
