They will overcharge you and walk on you leaving the thing undone.

Makes me suspect the current managers are both skimming the take by overcharging the owner and letting their friends live there for cheap rent under the table.

Also you should hire out the repairs and get 3 quotes so they cant say you over charged.

The current management I have pays bills late, overcharges for renos and vacant units go untouched for months.
