It was zoned R2 but in the end the numbers to build just did not make enough sense so I invested OS instead.Crunch the numbers, talk to your accountant and go from there.

Here's the good news for you.... no bank will finance 100% of tha value of an investment property, so you'll have at least 20% equity in each property.The great part about the BRRRR OS that you can balance equity vs cashflow.

Another way of doing this os where the contractor is paid for their costs only, then their profits come from the percentage of projects profits.
