I just closed my relinquished property in April and put my funds into exchange with IPX1031The passage in your post, seems to be the same as one of IPX 1031's blog https://www.ipx1031.com/disast... and by the example in this paragraph, by I would have both my 45-day deadline (for identification of replacement properties) and 180-day deadline (closing of the replacement properties) extended.
