With a few hefty assignment fees you should be able to pay down some of your debt, not only easing your tensions but making you a more attractive borrower in the eyes of the bank.

yes but I think he means start analyzing the deals that are currently marketed in those areas just as a matter of getting muscle memory and learning the product in that area. 

However the main reason for restricting is NIMBY    Many RI areas have a long history of short term rentals (mostly beach) and there is an ongoing tension around it, however I hope the state as a whole isn't stupid enough to jeopardize that economic engine. 

Florence has the university and muscle shoals and tuscumbia are solid rental markets.

I have no interest in these properties only because of family tension it would cause.
