Those large issues being the following:The basement that is mostly underground is unfinished and the house sits on the side of a hill, so when it rains, the water builds up around a few areas and eventually over time will penetrate the concrete blocks in the basement causing mold to grow on the wall and make the Drylok start to peel in the areas that have the moisture issue.

It will also protect anything under the concrete from being damaged by moisture wicking thru the tile and concrete.I don't know what kind of tile you have, but if it is glazed you will not be able to color it.

But I am planning on linking the fans to a moisture sensor instead of the light in the future, because one of the mirrors has moisture damage since the fan goes out the moment the light does (and so to many other mirrors in the complex), and the fan is also continuously running at other times when it doesn't need to be.
