I recently bought a duplex, I live in one side, three college aged men live in the other.The neighbor next door, has complained about the noise they have been making.

IN my case the women were much better negotiating and closing than the  men the men were there for safety.. this is just reality of the day.. not sexist.. 

I agree the demographics probably favor men (I don't have actual stats in front of me to prove that).
