They are even featured in articles, have been profiled and interviewed in the local media outlets, look really good online etc. and have a reputation around town as being highly successful because they have been busy buying a lot of units and making themselves look successful even while doing what I would consider very bad deals.It's smoke and mirrors.

You could spread that 80K over a couple deals down there.

I think it all depends on what you are looking to do with the social media / how you want it to help you.

There's been a massive revitalization effort that started downtown and has spread throughout the city via the Strategic Neighborhood Fund (SNF).

I'd agree with mortgage news daily - the "average mortgage rate" generally tracks very very closely with the 10-year treasury yield (+ a somewhat steady spread) - google and yahoo finance on that are pretty handy

For example , find an apartment for 900k, find a buyer who will pay 950k you make the 50k spread in between.
