What else are they going to do when they are politically appointed and can't pursue and lock up violent criminals wrecking havoc in communities or pursue big multinational corporations who have judges and lawmakers in their pockets?

Duplex appraised 380 (super ****ing low ball) brings in an estimated 3,900 a month in rents. buyer agreed and SIGNED addendum to purchase at 397,500. day of closing they dont show, tell us they didnt know what they agreed to pay over appraised value and are trying to get us to accept 386k. my agent had me lock in our month to month long term tenant to a year lease for THEIR lender and now they pull this.. they have only 5k in escrow account.. my agent wont reduce his commission from 3%-2% to help bridge the gap. suggestions??

That said, I haven’t managed a long-term furnished rental, and I’m wondering if it might be less stressful.For context: I’ll likely need to hire a property manager since I’ll be overseas, and I want to make sure I’m not locking myself into a hassle.

My first MF I represented the buyer on I made 100k. for maybe a weeks worth of work. 3. if your going to be looking a more resi style duplex 4 plex a lot of those get listed and having access to the MLS is far superior to any other on line listing service ONE simply because you will be able to talk to the actual LIsting agent not someone paying for leads.And then of course having access to MLS lock box's and not relying on agents.. this is huge.Now if your maybe going to buy one property sometime in the future and you have no interest in learning the RE laws of your state or making any money with transactional real estate then sure.. its a pass.. although I would still recommend the pre license course so you learn the basics the vocabulary and states unique laws.. knowledge is power in RE.
