These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

I can understand the temptation of wanting more rent from your multifamily home however I would add this to your train of thought:What would happen if your tenant in your illegal basement unit burned down the house which caused another tenant to get hurt or even die?

It might be a good training exercise at least running the numbers on some of the properties on the list. 

Try to work or internship under a local property management company to get some training and learn the ins and outs of it.

BP also uses volunteer moderators (people with Hollywood good looks and keen intellect, such as myself) with little training or monitoring.

The problem is that most wholesalers or off-market acquisition folks are being "trained" to follow a script, not solve a problem.

I’m considering formal training or certification programs to sharpen my skills and possibly expand into managing additional properties.For those of you with more experience, which property management organizations or certifications would you recommend?

The units look nice, the apartments are spacious and located in a nice town, close to the NYC train (50 mins from NYC).

I am new co-hosting and considering any programs or training to help speed things up and provide any key resources.

I see my train running right off the tracks.
