The most profitable area of real estate in my opinion is new construction... that way you can literally build sweat equity... at least that is what I am focusing on!

They literally spoon feed you all you need to know and all you have to do is figure out a way how to implement it.

But like you have been saying if you feel wronged ( because its apparent you did not understand what you were investing in) your complaints to the regulators will flush this all out..
