What strategies or lessons did you learn along the way?

I do generally agree with the sentiment of Austin and the other hosts that fundamentals will always win out in the long run, and this by nature is a long term industry, even the sales side I'm learning.  

I've been working in this space for a while, so I can definitely share some insights, tips, and even some lessons learned from my own experiences.Whether you’re curious about neighborhoods, market trends, or just how to navigate buying, selling, or investing here, I’m happy to chat.

Now, you can get some wholesalers but they usually don't know if the property will fit the requirements and regulations but you can learn that from the Realtor. 

It’s always exciting to connect with someone diving into long-term and mid-term rentals too.This is a great place to network and learn.

You learn what you can as quickly as possible, and start implementing.

I would join a team and learn the ropes.
