I can also tell you that our early buyers are back for more properties, and in some cases, significantly more properties as they have had success with their prior acquisitions, but this program, as with any other investment opportunity will not be for everyone.As far as a "get rich quick" scheme, I assure you that preREO is not that and has never been promoted as a quick way to riches.

I love that the BP community is so open to giving advice and resources.  

It's also not plausible because you will end up arguing about what constitutes time worked which is why the DOJ narrative that this should be done is so stupid.

However, I saw enough that I believe that the information available is so imperfect and subject to interpretation that large losses would be an inevitable part of the program, as well as large gains.  

@Rishika Garimella I am a local home inspector and investor in the area. i think Austin is a sleeping giant right now. the rates are really scaring away buyers. but since competition is so low right now, its a great time to snag some property while its not being ripped apart by investors. i think the hutto manor area is a great choice, once that freeway opens up that connects taylor to round rock, it will definitely become a point of interest.

Even though landlords across the country are suffering, there is so little media out there that sympathizes with what we're going through.

As far as the sale of a property with a mortgage on it, that all gets sorted out at close. ie, you bring your money, the bank gets what they have coming, the realtor gets what they have coming (if there's one involved) and the seller gets the rest.

The amounts of square footage cover is so low the delta becomes a rounding error.
