We were thinking of using the one sided because for most of the roads and intersections they'll only be viewable from one direction; and of course saves a couple of bucks.

There were multiple shootings in that area the past couple of years (that strip mall or whatever it is on that intersection), so it's definitely not a stretch to call that area less than desirable.

I've seen the signs around the Chantilly Costco and at the intersection of Rte 50 and Centreville Road.

I have 4 properties in the area and I live 1 block from that intersection.

However, i then designed & built a bank building on the front of this property at a major intersection in town, with a 10 year lease with two 5 year options (I have is also triple net lease)Now of course the partnership is strained because my father-in-law & I have been at odds for a few years.
