I have had an internship with a decent salary for two years now, and I have been investing in stocks since I was 18.

I only own one rental and I have a background in Excel as well as accounting due to my major and internship experience.

I've tried finding an internship for accounting but it's not working out too well after about two weeks of hanging out my resume (all i have is customer service & restaurant experience).My main goal in life is to not work a full time job for more than 5 years, I'm getting financial aid from the state most likely till I get my bachelors so I don't want to start working full time till after I get my degree so I don't have to pay out of pocket for school so that gives me about 2 years to get everything situated how would you folks go about this?

Also if you need/want additional help, you should totally get in contact with the environmental studies/science department at the college and see if they have any students interested in an internship learning how to "green" a commercial property.  

It's a specialized business degree, you can make good money (starting $65k) in the construction field right out of college (and while in college with a required internship).

I am still only 23, but my past jobs have all been in IT, including an internship at my current company for 3 months, which would put me at 2 years total with the company.

I had Oregon internships and jobs every summer yet the school would not classify my as a "resident" due to the fact that my primary purpose for moving to Oregon was for education.

I've just been working very safe/secure internships and then a couple different accounting jobs for large firms.
