the good thing is when I start I have my karate instructor that works in construction. gotta use my resources!

The first real estate seminar I went to AT MY REIA had the instructor say "now, in your contract put subject to business partner's approval, and WE ARE ALL YOUR BUSINESS PARTNERS *exaggerated wink*, so you can say we did not approve and back out."

RE Campus seems very text based, and I would prefer to do an online course where an instructor talks to the camera...does this even exist?

If so, she can probably reach out to the course instructors to nail down her next steps. 

Kind of reminds me of learning to fly .. our instructors are always saying you don't know what you don't know. :)   And in aviation like real estate very few know it all its a constant learning curve..
