How was the experience?

Has anyone have any experience acquiring multifamily property using a SBA loan like to get your thoughts?

I’ve been coaching new investors for a while and many lack funds to get started but find both the lack of knowledge, experience, and funds, often derails them. 

I like this option better than a Wrap because for me its just easier to understand and navigate, especially if lender calls the loan.With all this being said...I am just looking for those that have direct experience with using Lease to own to get into Multifamily and Apartment building type projects.

In my experience Vrbo has buried Airbnb. 

Also looking to connect with local investors throughout the Lehigh Valley to learn, share our experiences, and partner up.
