They moved out a week ago, and we moved new renters in two days later.Now for the drama...I just received an email stating that the tenants' young son was hospitalized due to a sinus infection they claim was caused by mold.

I still need to decide on the shower stall (if anyone has had luck with any certain kinds I am all ears) other wise everything has been decided just some things still need to be paid for.Had to increase my electrical costs as we needed to add 2 circuits to the kitchen to bring it up to code with adding the dishwasher and bringing it into the 21st century.Gutted kitchen with its new windowThis will be the layout of the cabinets once installedhttps://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bw4tlga09RSJek1DQ...I had a meeting with an arborist on Friday for the massive pine tree in the back yard, unfortunately this tree will need to be removed as it is infected with bore beetles and posses not only a threat to my house but the house next door as well so it will be getting removed this next week weather permitting.  

They have infected 3-4 million acres of trees and I got a good look at them in the Rocky Mountain National Forest this past weekend.

Too many are getting tunnel vision of the symptom, and ignoring the infection.

@Terry Harris Hi Terry, my thoughts are the people that are settled in at home seeing how this COVID plays out don't really want to make a move now (Unless a job loss, other action or those market savvy who see a chance for a good profit now drives them to sell).Buyers are motivated by what you mention, low rates, as well as a desire to move out of the high population areas as they saw the COVID wave and high infection rates being reported daily in the press.

It might not be the death of the tenant, but exponential growth means they are likely to be a carrier and infect 2 more, who will infect 2 more for a few weeks, which will result in at least one death.

Over the years you will see many many landlords be infected with burnt out landlord syndrome but be addicted at the same time to cash flow..

I also found a registration of the LLC and his name on the OHIO.gov website, though it was only filed recently on June 12, 2023.The website www.SecuredLendingSolutions.com comes up fine on my office computer and my phone, but at home my anti-virus program says the website is being blocked because it's "infected" with a "URL:Blacklist".
