Hello to all, I hope you'll indulge me as I ponder some thoughts and seek the collective wisdom of the infamous BiggerPockets community.

Conservatives and libertarians don't believe in forcing others to pay for our indulgences.4.

For anybody that has indulged this longwinded backstory, I am wondering if you were us (and more particularly me), what course would you follow in your research?

Because of the carryforward/ backwards clause, we may be able to sell 2 buildings by year end and another next year --- seems too simple though....anything else we should consider (other than keeping it -- we want to be on a desserted island with no phones someday!)

After doing something awesome, be sure to enjoy an awesome dinner/drinks/dessert! 

Maybe those making more money than me can indulge in those extras, but I wasn't going to be held back by trying to keep up with pockets bigger than mine.
