Not because of this incident, but because another tenant is becoming complicated, and so I think it makes sense across the board.

I also doubt any court would find you negligent as a property owner for any incident with a police dog under the control of the handler, and the handler is always controlling the animal, even if he leaves the dog inside and runs to the store. :)

Real estate is relatively illiquid, and if one partner decides he or she needs to leave the partnership and access equity from assets(though the other partner may not want this or view it favorably), the dissolution document will allow for governance of what is or is not possible, and help avoid adversarial emotion when such an incident occurs.3.5) 51/49 split - make sure your partnership allows for you to make a majority vote when you may need to.

What are the obligations of a California SFH family of owners who rent the attic (which is one big finished bedroom with private bath) out to a single man who went missing the 2nd of the current month we now find out he was pulled out of his rental car and extradited from California to New York on a warrant out for his arrest for a DUI accident that happened 2 years ago.Details of the accident not that have a keen interest but for what its worth will share his story: victim, a retired man, who sustained a brain injury 2 yrs ago from that incident, has apparently taken the turn for the worst and decided to press new charges for new medical costs and decline in mobility/quality of life, stress, anxiety etc for the accident 2 yrs ago which insurance paid out but victim wants the settlement amount (175k) a second time over?

The rules that you cited seem to corroborate my thoughts: "(A) A non-lawyer shall not furnish to another for compensation, direct or indirect, advice or service under circumstances which require his use of legal knowledge or skill in the application of any law, federal, state or local, dealing with taxes, except:(2) A certified public accountant or a person duly enrolled may practice before the Internal Revenue Service, as those terms are defined by the then applicable federal regulations and the extent permitted therein.(4) A non-lawyer may render such advice or service incident to an engagement to provide products or services which he is otherwise authorized to provide, where such advice or service arises out of the providing of such other products or services and was not the principal purpose of the engagement."
