We get such high occupancy marketing as a honeymoon cabin that the 1 bedroom will always be the answer in my mind.The 2-4 bedroom cabins based on my analysis are the worst investments in Broken Bow when factoring in yearly revenue, occupancy, & rates vs purchase price.

This is important because experience has taught me Partners often have a "Honeymoon" stage that can quickly fade where each partner wants to strike out on his/her own and when the property is sold, each partner directs the Title Company to cut individual checks to individual names.
