What is the height and how much is your cost ?

I'm new to the BP community and I just started my real estate investment journey in NYC/NJ area.Currently, I'm looking for a general contractor that serves the hamilton heights  area for a small job.

The heights recently underwent change in zoning, so investors/developers are beginning to pay more per lot to build.

HH can be a great strategy, but exploring other avenues, like single-family rentals or small multifamily properties where you don't live on-site, might be worth considering.For neighborhoods, check out Seminole Heights, Ybor City, and South Tampa, which attract young professionals.

Exhaust fans aren't required by code here, and honestly it would be really hard to put one in that was the required height above the range due to the sloping ceilings.So, in short, I would really like to put an electric stove up there and have the gas line capped off before the new tenant moves in.

Wonder if anyone has run into the issue I'm havingMy wife and her parents went in on a duplex together and the three of them are all on the title and loan.My wife and I are in escrow on a house in Citrus Heights.

I'd recommend pushing density to 3 or 4 they all finance the same. we picked 3 because of the 35' height allowance in our area. here is a rendering to help paint the picture. our target appraisal value is 550k on the first few and pushing them to more than 600k as we sell some or keep them but if you are the only one building multifamily it's important to highlight the importance of appraisal and selling or disposing of some assets to create comparable to be used. our market has very little 2-4 units built because of economies of scale we are the only builder doing this style and we control the full process and it is a high barrier to entry where we are at. we are able to build at a lower cost now than almost buying a duplex because they are so small. each one is 668 sq ft total of 2004 sq ft. 

I know it depends on the number of seams, wall height, amount of doors, windows, etc. but on average, how much caulk would you guestimate a painter would need to paint a 2,000 square foot house?

For Tampa MFH I recommend West Tampa, Seminole Heights, and South Tampa.
