He at least does have a NY accent which is good.I figure somebody here has had to have done business with him that can at least verify the returns he is providing.

The property has great amenities including central heat and air, pet friendly, washer/dryer, great backyard + patio, an upgraded kitchen and bathroom, and upscale furnishings. 

$1,000 a month is on the lighter side and upwards of $2,000 isn't unheard of.On the upside the fees often include utilities, internet, water, heat etc.
