I wanna cross sell some stuff. 

I've had no luck with their stats or with any of the stuff VRBO posts up there.

Don't confuse the two.3) Treat the experience and service like the hospitality experience it should be-- all questions pre-answered, photos make it look majestic, accessibility is easy, the experience brings a follow or a recommendation.4) Manage the property manager-- ask the right questions to make sure your listing gets the appropriate attention it needs, and incentivize them to do so.That's the basic stuff. 

I use Google Calendar and Tasks for a lot of stuff.- You can create a Meeting, but use it to also take notes and set task reminders. 

I also love @Alecia Loveless idea with taxes, very good stuff!

They kept messing things up and hiding stuff from me and then would be aggressive towards me. 

The program is legit, I believe they sign some sort of NDA to not give out contracts and stuff.  

But this was late 90s so way before on line stuff had taken off.

I am just researching, and the more "negative" stuff I found about it the more I am inclined not to make an offer on it.

Also, running a flip with no money and hoping you get a good return with all the other stuff going on in the background starts to add stress, and you end up not enjoying it.
