I've never thought of a permission to show as wholesaling, but I guess it's fairly close now that you point it out.

I mean, if you are looking just for the connections or looking to expand your network, I guess it is worth the price just for that.  

It's hard to guess how soon regulations will become effective.

I'm guessing they want some sort of updates during the rehab.  

If I were to guess, I would think that the new administration will bring positive change to the housing sector by removing regulations that impede builders, and affect building material costs. 

It does seem to use a little bit of vague language I guess when it comes to "can it be easily/cheaply done".  

I have to sell it, but guess who has to request the payoff amount from the lender….thats right, the ORIGINAL borrower.
