I did a quick google search yesterday trying to find one in my area and got a lot of corporate type responses eg fill out this form and check the website etc.

Some quick googling suggests the answer is yes provided I don't rent it out more than 180 days for the first year, do I understand correctly?

I know I learn by asking questions and getting answers from people, not Googling for a long time.
