I have an awesome wife and two awesome girls who keep me focused and driven on getting the ship headed in the right direction.

Every job I have left has been quickly filled by the next guy or girl.

I see this girl is out here flipping houses or her first house.

Actually, recent law change allows anyone that you designate to handle them I did myself vs the current occupier which at the time I thought was one girl.
