about 50% of the members are real estate agents and the other 50% are regular W2 employees who want to get into real estate.  

I worked as a federal employee for 30 years (NOT in this program). 

I know this is a difficult claim and has been posted before but I haven't seen any posts with the following specifics:Taxpayer (aka TP) is a W-2 employee for real estate company that develops and owns/operates mostly multifamily and some commercial spaces. 

Currently, one of my long-term employees is on the brink of financial bankruptcy due to the significant health care costs associated with her teenage daughter’s severe mental health illness.

With that comes drastically different employees and consequently housing needs but still good for the city's tax base and economy more generally. 

So they would be your employee.
