I'm about 30 miles south of Milwaukee, and I've been watching the changes that  the City is undergoing for the past three years.

I've evolved from a buy and hold with the occassional flip, to a guy who just flips and seller finances that flip.I've stayed in touch with my market in the TX Hill Country until our move and I only did 2 deals there in the last 2 years, one thin, one fat!

And in the meantime purchasing some industrial-strength spray.If I wasn't so fat, old and decrepit I'd take a martial arts class, too, but I'm just not spry anymore.A couple towns over from here the city council is seriously considering banning pit bulls from within the city limits.

Depending on your state $1-$10 some times I put a big fat zero.

I am really a fat, old, gray haired guy; but, that fella looked good - so I decided to be him for the internet (just kidding.. it really is me).

There are people there who can truely say life is hard but in our country the poor people(welfare) are fat and oppulent have TV's Cars homes to live in more than enough food their children get a free education.....they are not not skinny and withering away .I'm just saying keep things in proper perspective.

With this bubble over the last 8 years, and lending undergoing radical changes as we speak, who knows how this will sort out.

What do you think would be 'best' for our economy and for Roy, risking losing them all OR trimming the fat to benefit his portfolio.
