It’s time-intensive, so working with experienced teams can make the process smoother. 

Many areas have experienced a moderate slowdown last year, and are temporarily (my opinion) stable, and seem poised to soften from the high prices we have seen in the past couple of years. 

That’s what I was thinking, but just wanted to make sure and ask the more experienced!  

This would be partnering up with another experienced wholesaler in the area you are wholesaling, or finding an agent who has a good cash buyer’s list of investors they’ve built up.
