There economy is booming, property prices are low, and there's a strong rental market due to the influx of people. 

I would have really liked to invest where i live, but Minnesota really does not have the price point for neighborhoods that will help scale Brrr.As I am just starting out i would like to start in zipcodes which are not already exhausted with Brrr investors. 

No stock screenings, no work, set it and forget it, exposure to a broad range of good companies and different sectors of economy.
