Yes I am complaining but I am in the boat of I do not see it worse than before, it has changed an AI has it being so obvious and I saw an AI post the other day from someone who has an excellent reputation and had a good amount of responses and left it, but I know it was AI based on the structure.

These are all cash purchases with 10 percent down at the time you win the auction via cashier's check.

Even if you are not cash flowing on day one, that's okay (in my opinion), you're not paying the full mortgage on your own, which in of itself is a huge win and you learn other tangible real estate investing skills along the way by simply owning. 

It also gave me a month to order furniture and think through the decorations and line up contractors so all in all, it was a win to keep the rentals.
