Hey guys, quick question: I've got 3 girls who seem great and responsible applying for a unit, but their income is just barely too low.

Don't just blanketly market because some people sadly had their children pass away and for one reason or another still went through the probate process (I'm talking about I once found out it was a 7 year old girl). 

You helped a girl buy a house. 

The boy friend is responsible for refunding the girl friends portion of the DP.

Is states you must vacate property and if not we have the rights to have sheriff come and escort you.

My wife and I are both engineers in the Biotechnology industry and we have 2 little girls (5 yrs/ 9 mo).

My girl frien had about a $20k from an upstairs water pipe break.

I have been interested in real estate for a long time as I can remember wanting to “flip houses” when I was a young girl.

Searching MLS there are definitely things in our price range (250k and under) and with the features we like. (3 BR at least for owner unit is really the only criteria as we work from home and have a little girl, and decent school system) Any tips, pointers, thoughts on buying in the area?

@Tanner Marsey I remember as a kid reading BMX magazines from Huntington beach and there would be kids on their bikes next to the beach with girls in bikinis next to them, and we were all riding around old residential neighborhoods, LOL (so already jealous of where ya live!)
